Stanley Tan is the Director / Managing Director in the KT Solutions’ Singapore office and the KT Solutions’ regional office.

Stanley has over ten (10) years’ experience in the search industry covering North Asia and Southeast Asia. He specializes in searches for Chief Executive Officer, Vice President and Director positions across multiple functional disciplines such as sales and marketing, technologies, human resources, Chief Information Officer, Chief Financial Officer and senior manufacturing professionals.

Prior to joining KT Solutions, Stanley was the Managing Consultant of KPMG Executive Search and Selection in Singapore. In this role, he managed the Singapore search practice, taking charge of regional search assignments and serving the recruitment needs of both multi-national and Asian-based companies. Previously, Stanley was an Associate with Deloitte and Touche. Based in Singapore, he was responsible for executive search for top management positions such as Chief Executive Officer, Vice President, General Manager and Director positions in the Asia region. He began his search career with Bestskills Management and Consultancy Services.

Before entering the executive search business, Stanley was an Engineer with Hewlett Packard. He spent over five (5) years in a variety of roles with Hewlett Packard in Singapore and the Silicon Valley in USA.

Stanley is a member of various associations and business chambers, including the Singapore Institute of Directors. He holds a MBA degree from the San Francisco State University in the United States and an Honours Engineering Degree from the National University of Singapore. A certified Administrator of the Personal Profile Analysis (PPA) and a trained user of graphology, Stanley is experienced in utilizing the PPA and handwriting analysis effectively to match candidates successfully to their jobs.
